At Victory Brand Agency, we focus on delivering high-quality work and products.

1. Digital/Creative Services

• Once a service (e.g., Logo Design, Festival Post, Reels Editing, Branding, Marketing Campaign) is delivered, it is non-refundable.
  

• Refunds are only possible if no work has been started after payment.
  
  

2. Physical Products (Printing, Packaging, etc.)

• We do not accept returns or refunds on printed materials (Visiting Cards, Brochures, Leaflets, Packaging, Envelopes, etc.) because:
  

  • All items are customized as per client requirements.

  • We ensure no defective product is shipped.
    

• In case of damage during delivery:

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos/videos.

  • Our team will review and decide on replacement (if eligible).
