Terms of Service

Welcome to Victory Brand Agency. By purchasing or using our services and products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Creative & Branding Services – Business Logo, Packaging Design, Brochures, Leaflets, Menus, Festival/Artist Posts, Hoardings, Influencer Marketing, Reels Shooting/Editing/Making, Real Estate Reels.

  • Printing Products – Visiting Cards, Envelopes, Brochures, Leaflets, Packaging Materials, and other customized printed products.

2. Payment & Project Terms

  • Advance payment may be required before starting any service or production.

  • Projects will not begin until the required payment is received.

  • Work will be delivered within agreed timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All creative designs remain the intellectual property of Victory Brand Agency until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, rights to use the design are transferred to the client.

  • Victory Brand Agency may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions & Limitations

  • Revisions are provided as per the chosen package.

  • Additional revisions beyond the package scope may incur extra charges.

5. Prohibited Use

  • Clients may not use our services for illegal, offensive, or misleading purposes.

  • Misrepresentation or unauthorized resale of our services is strictly prohibited.
