What file formats do we provide? We provide the industry-standard DST file for commercial machines and PES for home machines (Brother). If you have a specific machine like Janome or Husqvarna, just let us know and we will provide the JEF or HUS files at no extra cost.

Do we need to provide the physical garment? No, we are a digital design agency. You send us your logo or drawing as a JPG, PNG, or PDF, and we send you back the digital "Stitch File" which you can then take to any local or online embroidery shop.

Can we digitize small text? Yes, but small text is the hardest part of embroidery. We are experts at adjusting "Underlay" and "Pull Compensation" to ensure that even small lettering remains legible and doesn't get "lost" in the fabric.

What if the design doesn't stitch out perfectly? Your victory is our priority. If you run a test stitch and find a section is too dense or too loose, we provide unlimited technical adjustments until your machine runs the design perfectly.

Do we handle "3D Puff" embroidery designs? Absolutely. If you want that raised, 3D look common on high-end baseball caps, let us know! We will digitize the file specifically to accommodate the foam inserts used in the 3D process.
